Let me share my passion for food, cooking, and nutrition with you!
Throughout the last decade, I have developed a deep love and appreciation for the simplicity and complexity of true nourishment. This love for everything food, cooking, and nutrition initially drove me to Bastyr University, a leader in natural medicine, where I obtained my Master’s in Nutrition and completed a dietetic internship.
Those closest to me know that I love to eat, cook, and most of all share my food. The recipes within this blog are often allergen friendly, always creative, and most often taste tested by my biggest supporter and husband, Dane. And if he is not around, then friends and family take his much desired spot. Therefore, I write to you my readers, with hopes to rub some of my passion off on to you and kindle a love for nourishment, balance, and well-being.
As an Integrative & Functional Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, not only do I enjoy to create super delicious AND healthy recipes, but I also love to support patients in my nutrition practice Happy Belly Nutrition.
